QAILU was founded by entrepreneurs who have spent more than 30 years building businesses, not just advising them.
Our founders built and led Right Brainwave, a creative agency they ran for over 15 years — growing it to annual revenue exceeding $2 million before closing it intentionally to start something new.
They’ve mentored startups, led international AI creativity and technopreneurship workshops including programmes in Bhutan, and worked with brands across Singapore and Southeast Asia.
We started QAILU because we kept seeing the same thing: capable, experienced SME owners being left behind in the digital transition — not because they weren’t smart enough, but because no one was speaking their language or walking the road with them.
